We hereby certify that we have this day examined Mr. J. C. Power and are of opinion that it is very desirable that he should not remain in this climate during another hot season.
We have been led to this conclusion from a knowledge of his long residence in the tropics, extending over nearly 26 years, 21 of which have been spent in the Public Service of this Colony, and from his exhibiting during last hot season symptoms of cerebral irritation which so frequently precede a general ...
